Restoran Taman Pringsewu Baturraden sebagai salah satu cabang Pringsewu Restaurant Group, Rabu 19 Agustus 2009, mendapatkan kehormatan untuk menyelenggarakan sebuah momen istiwewa yang biasa dilaksanakan setiap tahun, Malam Karya Bhakti Mengabdi (KBM) Sebuah acara yang memang khusus diselenggarakan oleh Perusahaan sebagai wujud rasa terimakasih kepada para Mitra Kerja Pringsewu Restaurant Group yang telah mengabdikan diri dengan loyalitas dan dedikasi yang luar biasa selama minimal satu dasawarsa ( sepuluh tahun ) serta kelipatannya. KBM merupakan realisasi dari Internal Quality Service ( IQS ) sebuah cara penghargaan atas employee satisfaction dimana perusahaan memberikan pelayanan kepada Mitra Kerja berupa penghargaan atas kinerja mereka yang telah setia bergabung dan membesarkan Pringsewu Restaurant Group hingga saat ini. Pada periode 2009, yang berhak mendapatkan anugerah Karya Bhakti Mengabdi sebanyak sebelas orang.
